Privacy Policy

Effective September 11, 2026

HELD provides scheduling, booking, calendar-connection, workflow, and team-coordination tools. This policy explains the information processed when people use HELD or book through a HELD page.

Information we process

We process account information such as name, email address, workspace name, timezone, profile settings, and authentication identifiers. We process scheduling information such as event types, availability rules, bookings, invitee responses, meeting locations, and workflow settings.

When a user connects an external service, HELD processes the authorization details and calendar information necessary to check conflicts or create meetings. We do not sell personal information.

How information is used

  • Operate accounts, workspaces, public booking pages, and meetings.
  • Calculate availability and prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • Send confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and service messages.
  • Support integrations, security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.
  • Understand product performance using aggregated or limited operational data.

Service providers

HELD relies on infrastructure, authentication, email, calendar, payment, and app-distribution providers. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable terms.

Retention and security

Information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for the service, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. HELD uses access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Users may update workspace details, disconnect supported integrations, or request account deletion. Invitees may contact the host shown on the booking page about information submitted to that host.
