Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of HELD. By creating an account or using a HELD booking page, you agree to these terms.

The service

HELD provides scheduling tools, including availability management, event types, public booking pages, calendar connections, workflows, polls, routing, and team features. Features may vary by platform, region, and integration availability.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for protecting access to it. You may not use HELD to violate law, infringe rights, distribute harmful material, interfere with the service, mislead invitees, or obtain unauthorized access to another account or system.

Service access and subscriptions

HELD offers a 14-day no-card trial. The monthly subscription is USD 1.99 after the trial, and only starts when you choose and approve recurring payment through PayPal. It renews monthly until cancelled. The same HELD account is used on the website and in the app. See the Billing and Refund Policy for payment, cancellation and refund information. Platform distribution restrictions, including Google Play closed-testing eligibility, are separate from subscription access.

One-time website checkout

The Subscribe button offers one month of HELD access for a one-time USD 1.99 hosted PayPal payment, not an automatically renewing subscription. Sign in to HELD before paying and use the same email at checkout. Access starts after PayPal’s completed payment is verified, lasts until the next UTC calendar-month anniversary (clamped at month end), and must be renewed manually after it expires. Pending, failed, unverified or unmatched payments do not grant access. Contact support if confirmation is delayed; do not pay twice. Refunds and reversals can revoke access granted by the original payment. Existing approved recurring subscriptions are separate and remain unchanged.

Hosts and invitees

Workspace owners control their event types, availability, booking questions, and meeting terms. HELD facilitates scheduling but is not a party to services arranged between a host and an invitee. Hosts are responsible for lawful collection and use of invitee information.

Integrations

External calendars, video services, and other integrations are operated by third parties. Their availability and terms may change. HELD is not responsible for a third-party service outside HELD’s control.

Availability and liability

HELD is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to make scheduling reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every third-party integration will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
