Billing and Refund Policy

HELD offers a 14-day trial without requiring a card. After the trial, the monthly subscription is USD 1.99. Sign in to your account for your current trial or subscription status.

One-time checkout

The website Subscribe button offers one month of HELD access for a one-time USD 1.99 payment, with PayPal and debit/credit-card options. It does not create automatic monthly renewals. Sign in to HELD before payment and use the exact same email at PayPal checkout. Access is attached to that verified HELD account only after PayPal confirms a completed payment; a redirect or receipt screenshot alone is not proof. The paid month starts at payment time and ends on the next UTC calendar-month anniversary, clamped to the last day when needed. Pay again manually after access expires. If confirmation is delayed or you used another email, contact support with your HELD email and transaction reference; do not pay again. Existing monthly subscriptions are separate and are not cancelled or changed by this link.

Trial and payment approval

The no-card trial does not automatically turn into a paid subscription. A recurring subscription requires separate approval through PayPal. Your HELD sign-in email identifies the account receiving access; use the same email in the app. A subscription payment is not treated as successful until it has been verified.

Monthly renewals and currency

An approved subscription renews monthly until cancelled. The subscription price is denominated in US dollars. Review the final amount and any applicable tax, payment-provider charges or currency conversion displayed by PayPal before approving payment. HELD does not receive your full payment-card details.

Cancellation

To stop future renewals, open PayPal’s Settings, choose Payments, then Automatic payments or Subscriptions and saved businesses, and select HELD. Cancellation normally keeps HELD access through the period already paid for. Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund.

Deleting or uninstalling HELD does not by itself cancel your PayPal recurring-payment agreement. Cancel renewal in PayPal before deleting your HELD account.

Refund requests

For an incorrect, duplicate or otherwise disputed HELD payment, contact hello@heldcalendar.com with the HELD account email, payment date and transaction reference. Requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Your mandatory consumer rights and any applicable PayPal dispute rights are not limited by this policy. A refunded or reversed payment can end the access associated with that payment.

Google Play testing

The Android app is currently in closed testing. A website subscription does not grant access to the Google Play tester list. Confirm testing eligibility before subscribing if you need the Android app during this period.

Unexpected charges

If you believe a charge using the HELD name is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us promptly so we can investigate. Do not email card or bank-account details.
